Warner Bros. Releases Final Full-Length Trailer for ‘Batman V. Superman’
On Thursday, DC Comics and Warner Bros. films released the final full-length trailer for its highly anticipated movie, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, the official launch of the movie studio’s Justice League film series.
Watch the trailer below:
Batman v. Superman is the sequel to 2013’s Man of Steel, and is set to introduce moviegoers to a wider superhero universe from DC Comics, similar to the Marvel Comics film universe surrounding The Avengers.
As seen, Dawn of Justice will serve to introduce both Batman and Wonder Woman to the Man of Steel world, but other characters have been rumored to appear in Batman v. Superman, such as Aquaman and The Flash. Both of those characters have films set for future releases.
The characters will all come together as the Justice League, DC’s answer to Marvel’s team of superheroes. Like Marvel’s upcoming Infinity War movies, technically Avengers 3 and Avengers 4 respectively, Justice League will have a Part 1 and Part 2.
Along with Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and The Flash joining Batman and Superman, the Green Lantern and the character known as Cyborg, have all been confirmed within the Justice League film series.
