WATCH: These Puppies Are Struggling to Make It Down the Stairs

Like babies, puppies need to be taught, trained, and encouraged. Regardless of their shape or size, going down the stairs can be a daunting task. Below are seven dogs who, against all odds, made it down the stairs to great delight from their owners.

The young pups are scared — a couple, admittedly, are a tad lazy — but they find a way to make it down the stairs. You won’t believe some of the unconventional ways they go about accomplishing the feat. Priceless.

This black labradoodle is clearly reluctant, but a treat lures the 8-week-old pup down the stairs. 

Bracken, another labradoodle, makes his way down in style. Who taught him that?! Too cool.

In our humble opinion, this is the cutest one of all. (That’s certainly debatable, though.) Good work, buddy! 

Trinket, a beautiful Pembroke Welsh corgi, stands idly for some time before taking the plunge. What a wonderful owner she has! 

A classic English bulldog — gotta love him! Aptly named Chunk, this boy takes his sweet old time before flying down. 

Awwww, look at that face! This one might be the most heartbreaking. It’s also the most heartwarming because the pup shows gradual improvement and ultimately makes it down the stairs like a champ. 

Remember we referenced laziness in the intro? Yeah, we were talking about this border collie named Norito. The 2-month-old is pretty lovable, though. And he’s entitled to some rest, no? The song also happens to work perfectly with the clip.
