The awful attack in Nice on Thursday night caused a large amount of chaos and fear as many victims attempted to avoid the moving truck.
In the midst of the attacks, one mother was separated from her baby boy. The unnamed women’s friends, Yohlaine Ramasitera, Tiava Banner, and Rebecca Boulanger, rushed to Facebook to ask the internet for help to find the missing boy.
“If you see this child: CONTACT ME,” Ramasitera posted.
Banner posted a picture of the baby boy and begged people to share the image. In less than 24 hours, the post was shared over 22,000 times.
Boulanger also shared a post asking for help in the search.
Luckily, the Facebook posts were a success and the mother and baby were reunited. The mother is asking for privacy during this time, but shared that she was “joyful for the reunion” after she found her son.
Boulanger later updated her Facebook post sharing, “Thank you Lord! With such a horrible night it is such a miracle that through all the sharing on Facebook he was found. Thank you to everyone who prayed and shared the posts and picture!”
