Meet Lizzy Tomber, a new mom who redefined boundaries during her pregnancy.
Tomber stayed active and practiced acroyoga, a form of acrobatic yoga, for the majority of her pregnancy. She stopped doing the yoga just four days before her due date.

She even dared to do the tricky poses during the last months of her pregnancy, balancing upside down on her husband’s hand just weeks before she gave birth.

Together Tomber and her husband, Josh Young, travel the world and teach the acroyoga. The couple are currently preparing for their around-the-world trip in Washington D.C., where they have incorporated their newborn into the poses.

“He’s been doing acrobatics since before he was born,” the 33-year-old mother told ABC News. “He’s just holding up his own neck, so we’re not rushing it, but hopefully he grows to love doing acrobatics.”
But don’t worry, Tomber got the all-clear from her doctor to practice acroyoga during her pregnancy.

“My doctor was really awesome and said, ‘If you’re comfortable and this is what you do on a daily basis you shouldn’t stop doing it,’” Tomber explained.
Tomber first discovered acroyoga when she was 25. After falling in love with the sport, she left her professional job to pursue her hobby full time with Young.
