John Cena Honors Young Fan Battling Cancer Welcoming Him Into The Ring

Monday night’s episode of WWE Raw got raw – emotionally that is.

An incredibly touching moment was witnessed by all who tuned in to Monday night’s episode of WWE Raw thanks to WWE superstar John Cena.  While motivating the crowd to “never give up,” Cena spotted a young fan not too far from the ring, decked in Cena gear, holding up a sign saying “I’m beating cancer.”  Right away he directed his words of encouragement to the young fan, “If I say or if I wear the words ‘never give up,’ not only am I telling the truth, but I am encouraging young and old, like that person right there, to do the exact same thing.”  Cena later invited this brave boy into the ring allowing him to hold up his belt.  The crowd went wild and the smile on the boys face melted hearts everywhere.

This big-time WWE star has an equally big heart.  The 11-time WWE champion does an extraordinary amount of charity work.  In fact, Cena holds the record for granting the most wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  The star has granted over 450 wishes – more than any other celebrity in the history if the program!  Pretty incredible.
