This Graphic Designer Makes Cookies so Detailed They Could Go in a Museum

What happens when you combine a graphic designer and a baker? Desserts that are almost too pretty to eat.

Meet Holly Fox. Fox is a graphic designer from Los Angeles who transformed her design talents into extraordinary baking skills. Fox has combined her two passions to create super adorable and perfectly precise treats.

“I started baking about 5 years ago on a whim, to try and see if I could figure out this whole royal icing thing,” Fox told Bored Panda. “Since then, I have been mixing many, many colors and piping many, many jewels…and I absolutely love it!”

Fox gets the small and intimate details from using royal icing. Since the icing, composed of beaten egg whites and powdered sugar, dries fairly quickly and smooth, it makes it easy to get the precision needed for the details in the cookies.
