Giants Galore in Disney’s Newest ‘The BFG’ Trailer

Looks like Steven Spielberg is going not just big, but giant in his first Disney film.

On Tuesday, Disney released the first official trailer for The BFG, based on famed children’s author Roald Dahl’s book.

The BFG tells the imaginative story of a young girl and a friendly giant who introduces her to Giants Country. The two leave for London to meet the queen and together they must convince the queen and her maid that giants do exist. Little do they know, the queen is concocting a plan to get rid of the giants once and for all.

The highly anticipated movie stars Mark Rylance, Jermaine Clement, Bill Hader, Ruby Barnhill, Rebecca Hall and Penelope Wilton.

The BFG stomps into theaters July 1. In the meantime, you can check out the newest trailer below.
