You probably think your dog is loyal, but it’s probably not this loyal.
One German shepherd dog is redefining what it means to look out for your humans. His name is Loki, and he is very concerned about his owner taking a bath.
The 3-year-old shepherd belongs to Reddit user electicsheepz and suffers from “severe anxiety.”
The user revealed that three previous owners had struggled to deal with Loki’s anxiety and so he “bounced around a lot.”
“It used to be much worse, but he’s essentially very very high strung. Small stuff will set him off, like a person or dog he doesn’t know, and he’ll go into what looks almost like a doggy panic attack, lots of really high pitched whining and barking and general carrying on,” the user wrote in a post.
However, the user says that Loki is much happier now, even though he’s super worried about his human bathing.
The user posted the following photo of Loki with the caption, “Whenever my wife takes a bath, my dog likes to check in periodically to make sure she hasn’t drowned.”
The picture has since garnered nearly 2 million views on Imgur and prompted his owners to post more pictures of Loki looking concerned.
Don’t worry Loki, you may be the dog of concern, but we’re sure your owners are the gods of loving you.
