Chris Brown is slamming allegations suggesting he threatened a woman with a gun as police seek to search his California home.
The R&B star is at the center of a police investigation after an unnamed woman accused him of pulling a gun on her during a heated argument early on Tuesday. She reportedly ran outside in fear and called the cops, who responded to her cry for help.
Officers tried to enter the property to look for the weapon, but they were denied permission and subsequently filed a request for a search warrant.
Authorities have since surrounded Brown’s home, awaiting word on the warrant.
According to TMZ, police retrieved a duffel bag allegedly thrown from a window and found weapons and drugs inside.
As the drama unfolds, Brown has released a series of video rants on Instagram, in which he denies any wrongdoing. The posts have now been deleted.
In the first post, the 27-year-old said, “So I’m asleep half the damn night, I just wake up and all these motherf**king helicopter choppers are around, the police are at the gate. C’mon, my n**ga, what the f**k else do y’all want from me? I stay out of the way, take care of my daughter, do work…”
He went on to blast authorities for leaping into action over the threat accusation after previously failing to rush to his property when he reported fears about a stalker.
“At the same time, when I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life, they don’t come until the next day. When somebody makes a f**ked up allegation about me and oh yeah, the whole f**king swat team. My n**ga, I’m innocent. F**k everybody, I’m tired of hearing this s**t.”
In another angry clip, Brown takes aim at reports alleging he has “barricaded” himself inside his home, and compares the cops to a “gang,” urging them to stop treating him like a “villain” as he declares they will find “nothing” when they do obtain permission to raid his home.
Brown continues to slam the police in the third video, raging, “What I do care about is y’all defacing (sic) my name as a person and my character and integrity. I am a father. I am one of the best entertainers out here, without bragging and saying ‘Woe is me, I don’t get enough credit…’ So at the end of the day, I’m tired of this s**t. I’m up at 7:30 in the morning talking this s**t. For something I didn’t do. How would you feel? F**k this fame s**t… F**k y’all.”
The singer, who was infamously convicted of felony assault in 2009 after violently attacking then-girlfriend Rihanna, is father to two-year-old daughter Royalty, his child with model Nia Guzman.
