Adele Releases ‘Hello,’ First Single In Three Years; New Album Out Nov. 20
On Thursday, Grammy Award winning singer Adele released the first single from her highly-anticipated forthcoming album.
“Hello” is the singer’s first song off the new album, 25.
Adele teased the song on Wednesday when she took to Twitter with a type-written note uploaded to the social media site. On Thursday, the song became available for download and its official music video launched online.

In Adele’s Wednesday tweet, she explained, “My last record was a break-up record and if I had to label this one I would call it a make-up record. I’m making up for myself. Making up for lost time. Making up for everything I ever did and never did.”
Fans were understandably excited by the news.

25 is the singer’s third studio album. 21, Adele’s last album, won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year and sold an astounding 11 million copies.
25 is out November 20.
